Why am I getting an authorization failure message when I try to place my order?
This can be due to a number of reasons. Either your card has expired, your credit or debit card company has placed a hold on your account, insufficient funds, or you've entered your card information incorrectly.
What are the causes in the case that my order is delayed?
Delays can occur due to unpredictable weather conditions in different regions across the country.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to states which require sales tax to be collected. Orders shipped to these states will be charged appropriately and reflected on your order confirmation.
Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Pinkie Winkie, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. Refundable returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in their sealed, original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
All returns that are accepted by Pinkie Winkie are discarded.
Items that are defective or damaged-upon-arrival may be exchanged or replaced. Defective items must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order. Products that are damaged-upon-arrival must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer free shipping on returns?
Return shipping is free for products that are mis-shipped or arrive damaged or are defective. To qualify for free return shipping, products that are damaged-upon-arrival must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, and defective items must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping for refunds are not covered.
How do I return/exchange my purchase?
Returns are easy! Just obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will also provide a return address for you to send your order back to us.
Is shipping discreet?
Yup, we ship in discreet packaging with discreet labels.
How much is shipping?
Fast Shipping is a low $4.99 and FREE when for orders $29.99 and up. Thresholds are before tax and for orders shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Be sure to calculate arrival time in terms of 'business days'.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Processing normally takes 1 business day, and ships the next day, depending on what time the order was placed. Orders placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time are shipped same day.
How do I track the shipping status of my order?
Shipment tracking can be found on the order confirmation email delivered to your inbox. Please be sure to add email@example.com to your address book to ensure that our emails to you do not end up in your Spam folder.
Do you ship outside the 48 mainland states?
We currently do not ship outside of the 48 contiguous states, nor do we ship internationally.
What are your delivery methods?
We use the following services to deliver your products to you: Fedex 2-Day, USPS First Class Parcel, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground.
Can I choose overnight shipping?
We do not offer overnight shipping at this time, however Expedited 2-3 day shipping is available for $11.99.
Tracking shows that my package was delivered, but I can't locate it. What do I do?
The Post Office will sometimes hold your package(s) and attempt to redeliver it again even though their website indicates that your package has been delivered. We advise contacting your local Post Office and giving it a day or two for redelivery. Additionally, in our experience, neighbors sometimes end up with a customer's package(s). Please check with them as well. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that are missing or stolen after they are delivered.
How safe is it to use my credit or debit card on your website?
We use the latest SHA-256-bit SSL certificate for all credit card transactions. This is the same level of protection used by bank and financial institution websites.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna.
Do you accept international credit cards?
We do accept international credit cards, however, we can only ship orders that are within the United States and its territories. The credit card must be issued from either MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.
Do you accept Money Orders or Cashier's Checks?
Unfortunately, we do not accept Money Orders or Cashier's Checks.
